*Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are FREE within UAE, but for other GCC countries that have COD options may differ from Shipping charges.
*Our standard delivery time is between 12-15 days from the date of purchase. However, please note that unforeseen events such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or customs procedures may occur, which can cause slight delays in delivery.
**In some cases, such as delivery to countries outside the Middle Eastern region, the delivery time can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Cho Jewelries will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Customers will be responsible to pay Customs & Duties, VAT charges and/or any other local taxes as applicable in the destination country. The importation of products made with exotic materials (e.g. crocodile skin, python skin) may be restricted to certain countries. Please contact the Customer Service Department for more information.
