Return and Refund Policy

Our Return Policy

In case you have changed your mind to keep the product, you may return the product but you will be paying the import and freight cost outside of UAE. All returns within the UAE are free.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange to pick up the jewelry. Once it has been received by our team, we can arrange to exchange with the same item or any equivalent amount, incase the exchange is with a higher price the customer is obliged to pay for the remaining amount. You can notify our customer care of a return request by contacting us at info@chojewelries.com 

  1. Your returned item must arrive at our office no later than 14 days after you receive the order.

After this time, we cannot guarantee that the item will be accepted for refund or exchange.

  1. We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 5 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives in our office within 10-14 days. Please contact our customer care for further queries.
  2. Once your return has been received by our team and it complies with our returns policy, we will replace you with the desired item.
  3. For Exchange requests,  your new order will be placed online and will take 7 working days for the delivery.
  4. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused with original tags attached. If an item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy.
  5. We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
  6. We do not accept returns for earrings of any type, nor for any bespoke or made-to-order jewelry for hygiene purposes and the nature of the product.

      8.There is NO refund for any items. except for special concerns, ex. damage from transportation or from factory.  No valid reasons such            as mentioned are not entertained. 

       9. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

After Your Return Is Received

Returns are processed on weekdays and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of receipt. Once entered into our system you will receive a confirmation email alerting you that your return has been passed along to our Quality Assurance department. Please allow 5 to 7  business days for this process to complete.

If you are expecting a refund, orders paid for through Tabby will be credited back to your account within 4 to 10 workings days. Please see Tabby.ie for there refund policy

If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive an email once the outbound shipment date has been set. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email on the day of the outbound shipment.

Defective or Damaged

If the order sent by us is damaged or defective or wrong item, please contact the customer care as soon as possible. We will replace, repair immediately with no questions asked policy.
